This is by far the most unique and intriguing murder mystery I have ever read. Why? Because of the backdrop. Sheriff’s detective Jude Devine finds herself balancing two calls of duty as she investigates the murder of a teen. As the investigation deepens, the two duties begin to entwine result in a conclusion no reader can foresee.

The entire story is set against a backdrop of Utah and religious zealots who believe in plural marriage. And, there’s romance, too.

Beecham is the pen name of best-selling author Jennifer Fulton.
